Register for Shipwrecked (VBS 2018)
There are two ways to register children for VBS:
- Fill out a paper registration form which may be picked up at the office or downloaded online HERE. You may mail in the completed form with a check for payment (see Postal Mail address) or you may deliver the form with payment at the office.

The check for payment must be mailed or delivered to the office for the registration to be valid.
Please fill out and sign a photo release form prior to VBS. It can be turned in with your payment and/or registration, or dropped off on the first day of VBS. Download form HERE.
The registration deadline is June 3, 2018. Forms submitted after that day or payment received after that day will be held on a waiting list and accepted if space becomes available, and the family will be notified.
